The bot processes only the data needed to provide ticketing and dashboard features.
Data is used to create and manage tickets, enforce limits, generate transcripts, display dashboard settings, and improve support workflows.
Relevant ticket and configuration data is stored in SQL databases used by the service. Transcript content may be stored for a limited retention period based on the server's plan and settings.
Data is not sold. Data may be shared only with infrastructure providers required to host the bot, or when legally required.
Ticket settings may remain stored while the bot is in a server. Transcript retention is limited by the configured expiration period. Data may also be removed when the bot is removed from a server or when cleanup is performed.
