These terms apply to the Discord bot, dashboard, transcript pages, and related support features.
By using this bot or dashboard, you agree to use it in a lawful and reasonable manner.
You may not use the service to violate Discord's Terms of Service, spam users, abuse support systems, or interfere with servers where the bot is installed.
Server owners and authorized staff are responsible for how they configure the bot, what content is collected in tickets, and how transcripts or logs are handled inside their communities.
The bot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, be improved, or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, Discord API issues, hosting issues, or security needs.
Some features may be limited to premium-enabled servers. Premium access may expire automatically based on the configured duration and can be removed in case of abuse or fraud.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service provider is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, missed tickets, configuration mistakes, downtime, or transcript access issues resulting from use of the bot.
