Use of the Service

By using this bot or dashboard, you agree to use it in a lawful and reasonable manner.

You may not use the service to violate Discord's Terms of Service, spam users, abuse support systems, or interfere with servers where the bot is installed.

Server Administration

Server owners and authorized staff are responsible for how they configure the bot, what content is collected in tickets, and how transcripts or logs are handled inside their communities.

Availability

The bot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, be improved, or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, Discord API issues, hosting issues, or security needs.

Premium Features

Some features may be limited to premium-enabled servers. Premium access may expire automatically based on the configured duration and can be removed in case of abuse or fraud.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service provider is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, missed tickets, configuration mistakes, downtime, or transcript access issues resulting from use of the bot.
